Meet our unique Nordic Team!

EMU has an experienced Nordic Team that has been handling international accounting in Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark for years. In the team, each expert knows both each other and the customers across the country borders. Our team is genuinely united and close.

Accounting is often purchased as one service but, in reality, accounting experts in different countries do not communicate with each other and do not know the customer’s overall financial situation. EMU’s experts in different countries are in constant contact with each other. This way, the communication with the accounting firm becomes easier when the customer can throw comments into a shared channel, where financial experts from different countries are also present alongside the customer. If wanted, documents can be visible to everyone. EMU uses the same accounting systems regardless of the location, reducing communication problems even further. EMU’s Nordic services ensure that things don’t need to be messaged multiple times. That’s how it should be.

    Xandra Fuxholt

I work as a senior accountant in our team. Additionally, you can say that I am the go-to person for entrepreneurs, assisting them with various questions that arise throughout their day. I have been working in accounting for over 10 years. The type of work that involves managing multiple companies and juggling various responsibilities simultaneously is something that suits me perfectly!

In my spare time, my family and I make an effort to spend time outdoors, enjoy nature, and stay active. I also cultivate a variety of flowers and vegetables, and we have chickens and several beehives on our farm.

The best thing about EMU’s Nordic team is the fact that we really work as a team and supporting each other! I know that we all work for the best interests of our customers and want to give that little extra of ourselves to get there. We are currently on a journey of growth and development as a team, and being able to embark on this exciting journey with such amazing individuals is truly enjoyable!

    Julianna Gronberg

I'm working as an eAccountant in our team, and I've been with EMU and our Nordic team since 2023. I've been working as an accountant since 2017, and I speak Finnish, Swedish, and English.

Our team and my colleagues are just amazing; we communicate well and support each other on a daily basis. I love that we can work so seamlessly with different Nordic companies! In my spare time, I love to work out, read, do jigsaw puzzles, play on my PlayStation, and of course, spend time with my family, friends, and cats.

     Rakel Klausen-Lilleng

My role at EMU is day-to-day running of the Norwegian department. I am responsible for annual settlements for our Norwegian customers and I am a Product Specialist of Visma.net for our customers. Before accounting, I worked as a security guard, salesperson, and parking attendant, so I was a real ”jack-of-all-trades,” as we say in Norway. In my free time, I enjoy game nights with friends, playtime with our toddler, and good times at the cabin.

The best thing about the Nordic team is the opportunities and diversity. We have a chance to stretch ourselves further, and the learning curve for personal development in the field is enormous.

With the Nordic team, opportunities open up for network development and growth. Our goal is to provide a tailor-made experience that gives you the opportunity to develop at your own pace. It feels fantastic to be able to offer this opportunity to colleagues and customers who want to join us on this journey.

     Ronja Lehtiranta

I’m part of the Nordic team and I speak Swedish as my mother tongue. I also speak Finnish and English, which I use every day. I’m a Financial Assistant in my team, but I also do bookkeeping for smaller companies. In my spare time, I like to work some shifts at my old job and spend time with my dogs.

My team has awesome people, such a cliché. But it’s different because we are located in different countries and we learn from each other. For potential colleagues, I would say, you can really develop your skills: The Nordic team gives more to bookkeeping and to the job because of different laws, languages, people, and time zones.

For potential customers, I would say that we do something that no one else is doing. There hasn’t been a team like this before. We speak your language, no matter which country your company is in. Hop on and be part of something new. We can be your partner and guide you in the Nordic business world.


   Anna-Bella Packwood

I am the Team leader for Nordic clients in Sweden. The team feeling and the strive to serve the customers in the best way possible are the best aspects of my job. In my spare time, I like to travel and go to the gym. Join the Nordic team to experience the best-guided journey of your life.


    Marie Svensson

I work with payroll for Nordic customers. Before EMU, I gained extensive experience in accounting firms and served as a financial manager in several companies. I have been working with payroll and accounting for almost 20 years. I speak Swedish, Finnish and English.

When I’m not working, I enjoy gardening, working out at the gym, and taking bike rides along the lake. Sauna is good too.

The best thing about our team is that we help and support each other, creating a positive spirit. To our customers, I would like to say, ’Welcome to EMU Nordic!’ We are here to take care of you and your company with our friendly team.


    Åsa Pettersson

I work as a Senior Accountant and have been in the accounting field since 2011. What I enjoy most about my job is the variety of clients and industries I get to work with. When I'm not working, I enjoy reading books, working out, and spending time with family and friends.

What I truly appreciate about the Nordic team is our innovative approach compared to other accounting firms in Sweden. We support and help each other, and we genuinely have a lot of fun working together.

    Ranja Midtun

My tasks at EMU are to serve customers with connections to Norway. I am a System Specialist for Visma.net software and connecting systems. I have worked with EMU for a year, but I have worked with systems and accounting for 20 years. In my spare time, I spend time with friends and enjoy life at sea on our boat.
