EMU Growth Partners Ltd is entering a new chapter as the company’s founder and long-time CEO Samuli Saviala hands over the leadership reins to Anna Savilampi as of January 1, 2026. Samuli will continue to drive EMU’s development focusing on enhancing customer experience as well as building technology and AI-driven solutions – areas that are increasingly central to EMU’s future success. Samuli will also remain on EMU’s board and continue as a principal owner.
For 18 years, Samuli has led EMU from a small idea and team into a diverse, internationally growing company. Under his leadership, EMU has become a community where everyone can play to their strengths and where passion for customer success has always been at the heart of what we do.
“EMU has reached a stage where stronger operational leadership and structures are needed for the next stage of growth. Anna’s strengths and experience make this transition both natural and timely. I’m excited to focus on customer experience, technology and AI development – areas through which we can take both our clients’ and EMU’s operations to the next level,” says Samuli.
Anna Savilampi, EMU’s incoming CEO, has been part of the company’s story for over 12 years. She joined EMU in 2013 as an intern in a ten-person Helsinki-based startup and has grown with the company through various roles – from administration to HR leadership, culture development, and most recently, COO. Anna’s impact can be seen throughout EMU’s culture: from developing HR systems and onboarding to achieving Great Place to Work recognition and shaping EMU’s company culture handbook.

Our goal remains the same – to be a profitable, international growth company that delivers an exceptional customer experience through skilled and thriving EMU professionals. I’ve seen firsthand how growth from 10 to 100 people is built on everyday actions, trust, and the courage to evolve – and that’s exactly what I want to keep fostering as CEO,” says Anna. With this change, EMU is strengthening its structure and focus. Going forward, EMU will be even better positioned to steer and develop its operations, create smarter service solutions, and support its clients’ businesses with greater impact.
